  • A “wholistic” detox weaves together the physical, emotional and spiritual body. Although there is much focus on what we will be nourishing our body with for 21 days, we also focus on emotional and spiritual health & wellbeing to support the whole self

    .

  • We will nourished by vibrant, raw, living, plant based whole foods includng fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. One is encouraged to prepare meals in their “kitchen healing laboratory”. Detox guides provides raw receipes to inspire your journey.

  • Raw foods help one detox and heal the body by flooding the body with vital nutrients. Raw foods provide a healthy caloric intake that can aid in natural weight loss and maintenance. Raw foods are high in water content, supporting kidney function and skin health, high in fiber supporting healthy digestion and bowel movement, high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients. helping the body. Raw food helps to balance hormones and elevate mood, increase mental focus and energy. Raw food strengthens the immune system, slows the aging process, supports healthy organ function, reduces risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.   • I welcome participants to modify the wholistic detox journey to support their wellbeing. I encourage participants to follow plant centered eating while on the 21 day journey. If food needs to be gently cooked I support that. I also acknowledge that the presence and mindfulness we bring to our food consumption, daily rituals and self care is just as important as what food we are consuming.
